Single-row arrangement. Generally, single-row arrangement is often used. When there are two or more large volume towers or vertical vessels on one side of the pipe gallery, the center lines are generally aligned, such as two or more large volume towers. When connecting the platform, it is advisable to align the center line or tangent line.
Multi-row arrangement. For large volume towers with smaller diameters and taller bodies, they can be arranged in double rows or in triangles. In this way, platforms can be used to connect the large volume towers and improve their stability. However, sliding guide nodes should be selected for the platform rooting components to get used to the thermal expansion effects of different operating temperatures.
Frame type tower arrangement, for large volume towers with a diameter of DN≤1000mm, it can also be arranged in the frame or on one side of the frame. Use the structure to improve its stability and set up platforms and ladders. Regarding the segmented towers arranged on the frame, when the motorized hoisting equipment cannot be used, the overhaul and hoisting equipment should be installed on the frame.
