34CrMo4 steel pipe is a high-quality quenched and tempered alloy structural steel, which belongs to high-quality low-carbon, low-alloy chromium, molybdenum and nickel surface hardening steel. Oil quenching, tempering hardness is 18-22 HRc. The annealing hardening degree is less than 250HB. 34CrMo4 steel pipe has a lower carbon content range, so it has good weldability.
Anneal the 34CrMo4 steel pipe to 870 and allow enough time to heat the steel sufficiently, and then slowly cool it in the furnace. 34CrMo4 steel pipe will obtain DIN alloy structural steel with a maximum of 250 HB hardening, and the first quenching will be slowly heated to 880 C.
The 34CrMo4 steel pipe is fully immersed at this temperature and then quenched in oil or water. Temper immediately after the tool reaches room temperature. The second 34CrMo4 steel pipe is quenched and heated to 780-820℃, and then quenched in oil or water.
