1. Cut pipe
In the production of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe, the head and tail shall be cut off, including the cutting of flat head at both ends of the raw pipe, the cutting of intermediate products and the fixed cutting of finished products during feeding. When cutting sus 201 seamless steel pipe, waste of steel pipe will be produced.
2. Pickling and degreasing
The oxide scale on the surface of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe caused by high temperature heating is removed, so as to meet the requirements of production and finished product of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe. The engineering acid is mixed acid (HNO3 + HF).
3. Inspection and grinding
The defects of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe shall be inspected and grinded to remove the unfavorable defects.
4. Cold drawing (rolling)
The deformation of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe can reach the required specification, and the production of different specifications of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe needs to go through multiple back and forth pickling and solution treatment.
5. Solid solution
The metal work hardening of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe is produced after cold drawing (rolling). In order to eliminate work hardening and facilitate rework, the broken grains should be recovered by solution treatment. At the same time, it also guarantees the mechanical properties of the finished steel pipe.
6, straightening
After solution (annealing) treatment, the SUS 201 seamless steel pipe is bent due to thermal deformation. In order to meet the straightness standard of steel pipe, the SUS 201 seamless steel pipe should be straightened.
7. Lubrication
Before the cold drawing process of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe, in order to avoid direct friction between the steel pipe metal and the drawing die metal during the deformation process, a layer of lubricant made of high temperature nano base grease + lime is coated on the inner and outer surfaces of SUS 201 seamless steel pipe and dried to form an isolation layer.
