Geometric dimension and appearance inspection of SA106C seamless steel pipe:
1. SA106C seamless steel pipe wall thickness inspection: micrometer, ultrasonic thickness gauge, at least 8 points at both ends and record.
2. SA106C seamless steel pipe outer diameter, ovality inspection: caliper, vernier caliper, ring gauge, measure the maximum point and minimum point.
3. Length inspection of SA106C seamless steel pipe: steel tape, manual and automatic length measurement.
4. SA106C seamless steel pipe bending inspection: straightedge, level (1m), feeler gauge, thin wire to measure the bending per meter and the total length of bending.
5. SA106C seamless steel pipe end face groove angle and blunt edge inspection: angle ruler and clamp plate.
Surface quality inspection of SA106C seamless steel pipe:
1. Manual visual inspection: lighting conditions, standards, experience, identification, rotation of SA106C seamless steel pipe.
2. NDT: UT, et, MT, MFL, electromagnetic ultrasonic and penetrant inspection.
